The hotel / motel is your pretty average 3* affair. No frills, inexpensive... it's 'fine' but don't expect any luxury. Nicely located on the edge of the Art District for bars and eateries. Downtime was a 25 minute walk, the main strip around an hour walk. Obviously a cab's quicker, but I like to use my legs.

I liked that we had everything we needed in our room. The location is great. A little hard to find but a good location. Pool is a decent size and clean. You can't hear much noise at night.

It was a swift check-in experience and the staff was pleasant enough. Though he did not inform us that the elevator was out of order as we have 2 luggages with us.

Its nice to sleep there, its a pretty quiet hotel, even when busy. The swimming pool is really nice, the kids love it when they put out the inflatable beach balls to play with.
